1. Order processing times

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after payment has been confirmed.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


2. Delivery times


Our delivery times vary depending on your location:
📍 Metropolitan France: 5 to 8 working days after dispatch.

⚠️ Note: These times are given as an indication and may vary depending on busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.) or any delays by carriers.

3. Delivery charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout before the order is validated.
  • We offer standard delivery with tracking to ensure you receive your order with complete peace of mind.


4. Carriers and order tracking

  • We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order is received safely.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking number sent by email.


5. Delivery address and input errors

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
  • Powd'Hair cannot be held responsible in the event of an address error resulting in a delay or loss of the parcel.
  • In the event of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.


6. Lost or delayed parcels

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking provided.
  • If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend that you check with your neighbourhood and local post office.

7. Damaged parcel on receipt


If your parcel arrives damaged, please
1️⃣ Take photos of the parcel and the damaged product.
2️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at powdhair@gmail.com.
3️⃣ We will propose a suitable solution (replacement or refund as appropriate).
